“My approach is based on helping you maximise your personal understanding and identify what you can do to improve your personal performance in a relaxed, friendly fun and safe way. Personal

On a personal front, John follows Rugby League and is a keen Keighley Cougars Rugby League supporter (somebody has to be, having followed them through thin and thinner).
I’ve been lucky enough to have had various papers and articles published and been an invited speaker at conferences. I really proud that my Process of Transition curve has been adopted by differing organisations, council’s and universities (e.g. Lighter Life, the OU, etc.) across the world as well as by individuals and is widely used within personal and organisational change management programmes.
